I had been turned down twice for SSDI. I chose Egerton Law to help me fight to get my benefits. Attorney Samantha Aktug and her team was very professional and I am very pleased with the way they handled my case. Due to being involved in a wreck that was due to someone stealing a car and then speeding through a red light I found myself with multiply injuries, a totaled car and in need of someone to have my back. A family member referred me to Edgerton Law. I count that referral as a blessing. Each and every time I spoke with someone from that office it was a pleasant respectful experience. I was always kept up to date with the process and what to expect next. Each time I was required to report to court I was accompanied by Kurt Aktug who ensured my best interest was considered and addressed. He made sure the court room experience was as stress less as possible .I would not hesitate to turn to them again should I find myself in need of legal aid.

I went to Edgerton law because they’re local and I felt they were very personable and care about me not just my case. They kept me informed about the situation and was always there for me. With answers and feel they went above and beyond. They are very schooled, informative and I believe did their best for me. I had suffered a fall on some steps that were is disrepair and injured my back. Due to the injury I lost my job and I’ve been suffering with pain. I feel when they were all said and done they were super thorough and worked very hard for me. They were fair and explained everything in detail!! Egerton Law has been a lifesaver for me. I was a victim of the Dupuy hip recall not only for 1 hip but both hips!!! From the initial encounter with the office staff to our meeting with Attorney Egerton, we were able to discuss and learn what to do with the circumstances of our injury case. This is about Dina at Egerton Law in NC. I walked in to there office and I felt the warmth. I was assigned to Dina, she is very intelligent, friendly and very understanding. My son got into a bad accident, was hospitalized and we needed a lawyer to help with claims against the at fault insurance. I interviewed many lawyers and decided to go with Egerton law. The first reason went with Egerton was Their fees, the lowest amongst all the other very competitive. First meeting with Pierce he explained everything to us, all our options, the timing and the different obstacle we may face and how they will address them, answered all our questions. Very nice team who worked on our case for several months. Dina was amazing, with prompt communication and updates. Never make me wait for answers. Same with lisa. It took a while to finalize the claim, as my son had to go through long period of treatment. And it also took a while for the case to be finalized, because there were 5 cars involved in the accident. Pierce diligently updating us with progress and the different steps, he is very knowledgeable and have a lot of experience. He got us the maximum and we are happy with the outcome.
